This month’s stationery spotlight takes a look at Bostik Glu Dots and outlines how these sticky spots can be used during classroom craft activities.
What are Bostik Glu Dots?
Bostik Glu Dots are a no mess adhesive, allowing for a precise and accurate sticking on art and craft creations.
Glu Dots provide a clean and instant bond, and are much more suited to primary school environments where a hot glue gun or adhesive tape is not suitable to use.
Bostik produces the original Glu Dots or Extra Strong Glu Dots, available in 4 sheets of 16 removable dots or as 200 removable dots on a roll.
Glu Dots have a wide array of uses and are ideal for arts and crafts activities. They are best for attaching small objects to artwork and can inject a 3D effect and bring your creation to life.
• Card making
• Model making
• Adding embellishments such as sequins, beads, rhinestones and wiggly eyes
Bostik Glu Dots are a safe, transparent adhesive for use in classrooms.
To apply, peel off the printed release paper to reveal a Glu Dot left on the clear backing. Press the Glu Dot firmly onto the item to be bonded and then slowly peel off the clear backing. The Glu Dot will be adhered to the item, which can now be bonded to another surface.
